Thayer Lumber has been servicing Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario and the area since 1905. Family-owned and operated, we have achieved an enviable reputation for providing excellent products and services.

Our retail business carries all the materials you will need to complete your project. Construction lumber, plywood, insulation, fencing and decking, hardware, and timbers are just some of the items we stock. 

We also have a large commercial/industrial base we service in the Sault and area. We provide our customers with shipping lumber, timbers, stakes, pallets and crates, and construction materials.

Thayer Lumber also stocks marine varnishes, paints, bottom coats and West System epoxies as well as marine lumber and plywood.
